Rochester, NY, Niagara Falls, NY, Corning, NY:  The Paranormal Cooperative of Western New York is a group of investigators in the Western New York region that have come together for the betterment of research in the region. Each organization operates underneth their own guidelines and policies with their own membership - but come together under the Paranormal Cooperative to share information, research techniques and join together in conducting investigations.
